North Central Texas WorkForce
The North Central Texas WorkForce (WorkForce) has been providing workforce solutions to employers and jobseekers in the North Central Texas region since 1996. We are committed to being a catalyst in our region, addressing the needs of employers, economic development entities, job seekers, and educational institutions by working to provide the appropriate job placement and training services to meet those stakeholders’ needs.
Utilizing a network of 15 WorkForce Centers located in the fourteen counties surrounding Tarrant and Dallas, we focus on matching job seekers and employers with a wide array of tools, including www.WorkInTexas.com, our online job matching system. In addition we provide customized services to those with specialized needs, including disabled jobseekers, those with limited English proficiency, youth, dislocated workers and those who are a part of the emerging workforce.
WorkForce is also involved in regional economic development activities through its training programs and the provision of site selection and labor market information. We are proud of the work that we do and the many lives we are able to improve through our programs and activities. We look forward to continuing our track record of quality service.
